The reason for joining the company is
a comfortable working environmentI wanted to join the company because I was fascinated by the way of working and the way of thinking. Management is close to employees, and it's easy to talk to them about work and personal matters.
It's a matter of course, but when I joined the company, my experience and knowledge were still little, so I had to learn a lot, and there were more than twice as many things as now. However, I was able to devote myself little by little by learning in the environment and work I mentioned earlier, and by self-studying in my spare time. Now, I feel that it is very interesting because I can study each and every one of the highly specialized things.

I want to build a relationship
with customers and develop the companyWhen I take notes, I have a habit of writing at an angle, and I didn't think it was a very good habit. The customer when I was a new graduate, see my note and told me, “You are engineer, I like it." I think it's just a vague word, but I still remember it with joy.
I think that communication is born from casual words like this. I would like to cherish every day not to deny the thoughts and actions of others, regardless of what they are.
Without forgetting the above, we would like to build a relationship of trust with our customers by accumulating the same amount of knowledge, experience, and evaluation in both software and hardware in order to act as a bridge between our company and our customers.

Private life is also a daily challenge
I usually enjoy watching movies and listening to music, so I enjoy using video streaming sites. Recently, I started physical training to relieve the lack of exercise.
There are a lot of things I want to try, so I would like to challenge little by little from now on.
