Wish to grow
with the companyI joined this company because I wanted to experience my own growth and try to grow the company that had just started from scratch.
Of course, I have some concerns, but I want to be able to work together as an organization with employees who have the same concerns and goals to overcome them.
Although the company is still small and just been established, I can work while feeling close to the management side, and I find it rewarding to be able to create room for the company to grow. I'm still an engineer developing, in the future, I wish to build a career from the side of training engineers to the side of management.

Responsible for production development
of vehicle ECULooking over the entire vehicle development process and proceeding with ECU development is both an interesting and difficult part. From the cost of parts, control logic, system configuration with other ECUs, wire harnesses, compliance with regulations, etc., the scope is quite wide. That's a lot of work, and I feel it's difficult, but I can efficiently cultivate the perspective that should be seen as a development.
We also had a hard time dealing with the trouble that the light did not turn on during development. I was able to solve the problem with the cooperation of various people involved in investigating the cause and how to deal with it. The moment the light turned on, I was impressed. It's one of the most unforgettable episodes ever.
With that in mind, I would like to someday complete vehicle development on my own.

I like motorcycles.I often ride my bike on holidays.
I also enjoy my free time doing gymkhana and motocross.Switch work and private life on and off, play a lot, eat, and sleep.
